01電動O型球閥概述

Q941F電動O型球閥是常見的開關(guān)型控制關(guān)斷閥，即工作方式為全開或全關(guān)的兩位式狀態(tài)，由于球閥閥芯采用O型結(jié)構(gòu)，顧被稱為電動O型切斷球閥。電動開關(guān)球閥只需通入220VAC電源即可完成開關(guān)動作，特別適用于各種壓差大等快速開關(guān)、切斷的管道當中。

Q941F electric O-type ball valve is a common on-off control shut-off valve, that is, the working mode is a two position state of full open or full close. 02電動O型球閥產(chǎn)品特點

1.唇形設計

想要讓密封材料像橡膠一樣，受壓時可以發(fā)生較大的變形，來填補金屬表面的微觀不平度，而當應力消除后又能恢復其原來的形狀，這種現(xiàn)象被稱為材料的“記憶特性”所以我們的目的，就是要設計一種密封座的形狀，克服PTFE的“冷流”和熱膨脹特性的缺陷來改善其記憶特性。這種密封結(jié)構(gòu)稱之為具有撓性的唇式密封技術(shù)。

2.雙層密封結(jié)構(gòu)

由于閥座是唇形設計，在初始密封時是下點密封，當壓力升高閥座唇形位置變形，形成兩點密封，使密封性能更加可靠。

3.背壓變形結(jié)構(gòu)

閥座背面有一定的弧度來減小直角變形的缺點，同時使唇形閥座具有優(yōu)良的彈性性能。

4.外形變形結(jié)構(gòu)

閥座外圓上作出一定的弧度角，用來防止唇形閥座變形帶來的擠壓應力過大。

3. Backpressure deformation structure There is a certain radian on the back side of the seat to prevent the right angle from being deformed, and it also can improve the lip shape seal seat elasticity.

4. Shape deformation structure The radian angle on the seat mainly avoid the higher extrusion stress occurred because of the deformation of the lip shape seal seat.
